Meet our Coaches

Between our coaches we have some of the soundest, most experienced coaches around.

Dean Roche

Head Coach & Owner of Precision Health and Performance.

Dean is a highly educated and experienced coach who has been in the industry for over 7 years. He has worked in some of the biggest gyms in Waterford City where over time perfected his coaching skills and is now looking to bring this experience to his own gym.

Dean is known to hate burpees, but loves the workout 'Death Race' and any workout less than five minutes that includes a heavy barbell. The phrase "motion is lotion" is commonly used by Dean and he is more excited now, than ever before, to finally have a facility in which he can help people achieve this.

Dean Kelleher

Manager & Coach at Precision Health and Performance.

Deans passion for coaching and helping others stems from his own personal experience. From way back as a kid playing sports up until this present day Dean has had fantastic mentors to help him overcome many challenges. Because of this Dean built up an urge to give back to others and help them achieve their own goals.

Something you may not know about Dean is he really enjoys art. If he gets some spare time in this week he enjoys breaking out the pencils and using it to unwind. So if you see any funky art around the gym you know who to blame.

His favourite CrossFit workout is Diane (Deadlift + HSPU) which is no surprise when he is 5ft nothing.
